Motherhood Is a Beautiful Time, But It Comes with Challenges
The most common questions I get from women in my practice are, “Why is this so hard? What is wrong with me?” It’s normal to feel nervous in anticipation of taking the best care of your newborn, and there is nothing wrong with that. But it isn’t easy!
And it isn’t impossible either. While you may feel the pressure to be the perfect mother, that doesn’t mean you have to completely lose yourself to become the best mama you can be. It is all about finding the right balance between your life now, and providing the best environment for your baby and your family. Wouldn’t it be great to have a guide that can take that pressure off your shoulders?
